Disgusting Ad!
I am appalled at that disgusting ad posted on VH1 about ...having sex with a minor. I couldn't believe my eyes and ears that such sick thoughts could be on Television. As a mother of a minor child it is chilling to know that adults would conceive such a thought and use it as a line in an ad. I hope people refuse to buy whatever it is they are selling. The disgusting line was so horrible I couldn't and didn't care about the product of the ad. Shame on you VH1!

Don't be fooled. Hanna Montana is the next Britney. Her recent photo spread and subsequent apology was just a precursor for things to come. Next we'll be reading about her drunken escapades in LA or what have you.
Have you ever wondered why the Disney channel is so close to the MTV and VH1 channels. Do you think that is an accident or by design? I believe the latter.
Watch closely, you'll see that the content on Disney closely parallels the content on MTV but in a more tame manner. The purpose? Marketers are targeting your children as the next generation of MTV viewers/zombies. Parents be vigilant and don't act stupid or play ignorant.
I happen to agree. The child predators are getting closer and closer (thanks for the observation). It's hard to even browse programs because of the commercials! This is happening on radio too. When my husband and I travel by car with our ten year old son, and he plays his radio to stay awake, we have to be switching stations, because of the sexual nature of the commercials or some rather explicit news of rape, etc.
I like your comment about little Miss Montana. I blame the parents (wasn't it convenient how he left right before the filming of the porno picture of Hanna? Why didn't the law intervene and make that company who filmed a minor in that fashion? Just shows how bias the authorities in California are. If it was a regular small business, they would be dragged to jail!
I can't understand why parents find it attractive to push their children at such an early age in show business considering the history of dangers with drugs, porn, drunk driving...if the parents put money above the safety of their children, who will save them?
